The Cutest Custom Enclosures
Ever. 🕷️🎀
Because obviously my tiny creatures deserve designer homes, too.
If you know me, you already know that I am completely obsessed with my
pretty little creatures.
Mantids, jumping spiders, baby tarantulas… somehow my collection keeps growing,
and at this point I have accepted that every single one of them needs a home
that is just as cute as they are. 👑🕷️🎀
And recently, I found an Etsy seller who
completely understood the assignment.
Meet AMCrafts97 💕🕷️
I discovered AMCrafts97 on Etsy, and I seriously fell in love
with her adorable handmade enclosures. She creates these tiny little worlds for
jumping spiders, including permanent habitats and travel enclosures — and they
actually have personality.
Naturally, that immediately got my attention.
But instead of simply ordering something already made, I had an idea…
And not just one Harley Quinn enclosure.
I wanted two completely custom Harley Quinn-inspired homes:
one permanent enclosure and one tiny traveling enclosure.
Because apparently my spiders have luggage now. 😂👑
Honestly, that feels very on-brand for this household.
❤️🖤 My Custom Harley Quinn Permanent Enclosure
For the main enclosure, I wanted something that could function as an actual
permanent home while still looking like a miniature piece of art.
I gave her my Harley Quinn idea and she
brought it to life.
Look at the DETAILS. 😭❤️🖤
This is exactly why I love finding independent creators who are willing to work
with an idea instead of just selling something mass-produced.
I wanted an enclosure that felt
fun, feminine, a little chaotic, completely extra
and unmistakably Harley — while still being a real home for one of my
pretty little creatures.
And she absolutely understood what I was going for.
🎒❤️ Harley Has a Travel Home Too…
Of course, if we’re doing this, we’re doing it properly.
My second request was a
matching Harley Quinn-inspired traveling enclosure.
I cannot get over how cute it is.
Instead of having to put my little creature into some random temporary container
when traveling, now she can have her own
tiny themed travel home.
Is this necessary?
Probably not.
Is it adorable?
ABSOLUTELY. 💋
And around here, adorable wins. 🎀
Tiny Homes With Actual Personality 👑
One of my favorite things about keeping unusual little creatures is
creating their worlds.
Their enclosures don’t have to be an afterthought.
They can be part of the fun.
They can match your room, your aesthetic, your favorite character or simply
the personality you’ve decided your eight-legged child has. 😂
That’s what made finding this shop so exciting for me. I already spend an
unreasonable amount of time naming my creatures, decorating their homes and
making everything surrounding them feel special.
So why wouldn’t they have custom interiors?
Exactly.
Go Show Her Some Love 💕
If you keep jumping spiders — or you’re simply obsessed with ridiculously cute
miniature enclosures — you need to go look at
AMCrafts97.
Her handmade little habitats and travel enclosures are adorable, and she was
able to take the ideas floating around in my head and turn them into something
I could actually hold in my hands.
A Little Thank You 💕
To Abbie at AMCrafts97: thank you SO much for bringing my
crazy little Harley Quinn ideas to life. ❤️🖤
There is something really special about giving a creator an idea and watching
them turn it into something even cuter than you imagined.
My pretty little creatures are officially spoiled. 👑
But really… would you expect anything less? 💋
xo,
Lyssa Honey 👑
