Honey’s Pretty Little Creatures

For as long as I could remember, I loved animals. They’re so pure, so precious, and love unconditionally. I get my love for animals from my paternal grandmother. She’s retired now, but when I was growing up she was a research scientist. My whole life, I’ve had exotic pets – from wolves, to alligators, to sugar gliders, to iguanas, and so many more. I want to introduce you to the pretty little creatures that are in my life now, because they are my life…

Let’s start with my latest baby…

Say hello to Baby Jane! She was named after Sheri Moon Zombie’s character in “House of 1000 Corpses”, “The Devil’s Rejects”, and โ€œThree From Hell”

She is the prettiest jumping spider I have ever seen, and I got her one of the sweetest breeders I have ever spoken to. She really has the prettiest jumping spiders you’ll ever see, check out her website- http://Cute-N-CuriousArachnids.com. I’ve looked at a lot of jumping spiders and saw some like “aw, that one is cute”, “this one has pretty colors” but the second I saw this beautiful little girl, I knew I had to have her…

But wait, look at this enclosure I got for her. It’s so “Lyssa Honey”. LOL

It’s so freaking adorbz I’m obsessed.

I’m so prissy, I never would have thought I would get into the insect hobby… Besides Baby Jane, I own 3 orchid mantids (Willow, Meadow, and Halo). Meadow is my wild child… she loves music. Look at her dancing lol… she loves music. Willow & Halo don’t react to the music at all, but Meadow will have her own little party.

I also have 2 Spiny Flower Mantids, Sienna & Sage. Their coloring is gorgeous.

Here’s a picture of Sienna.

Then to end my exotic collection, I have 3 tarantula babies. Velvet (a Pink Bloom), Winter (a Caribena Versicolor, and Blush (a Brazilian Salmon Pink Birdeater). They’re super young right now, so I’ll show you pictures of what they’ll generally look like as adults.

I am obsessed with the bright, vivid colors. Velvet was my first tarantula, and we recently started bonding.

Those are all of my creepy crawlers, let’s get into my 4 legged babies. I have 3 dogs – a teacup Pomeranian, a maltese/Samoyed, and a Maltese/Yorkie. Their names are Puddin, Mistah Jay, and Miss Monroe. If you know me, you know why I chose those names… Puddin & Mistah Jay because of my Harley Quinn obsession, and Miss Monroe for my love of Marilyn Monroe. Puddin is my emotional support dog. I literally bring her everywhere with me.

Look at how cute these stinking babies are.

That’s it for all of my live babies… sort of… I have a few eggs I’m waiting to hatch of these angelic/Pokemon with wings. LOL!

They should hatch very soon!

Animals are my peace & serenity… I adore them. I think my collection is done.. for now, at least.
